The facility is located 5 miles South East of Jennings, Louisiana on the Mermentau River, which accesses the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway just South of Lake Arthur. It is strategically located between Houston and New Orleans, close to Lake Charles and with easy access by barge to most of the major gulf coast refineries.
